This is a really good size and a fantastic weight! Perfect for a commercial kitchen.

This is ideal for a huge savoury Quiche Lorraine, a generous pie, or a treacle tart, it is a good size, ideal for a Restaurant.

Of course, the best dessert to cook in this is a Tarte Tatin. It is heavy, chunky and easy to manoeuvre.

It is in lovely vintage condition, the interior is in excellent condition with new thick and durable hand wiped tin lining, there are a couple of minor drips, and the exterior is in super polished condition, the base has some minor marks and signs of movement, there is a small indentation on the base edge.

This is a heavy pan, although easy to move and handle.

This was made in Villedieu les Poeles, superb manufacture with solid copper and a tin lining.
