This can be used for any dish but especially grill to oven to burner, most versatile with a short handle to enable easy fitting under a grill, salamander or oven. Smashing design.

This pan has been totally refurbished us, in house. It has brand new hand wiped, artisan tin and a brand new shine.

Magnificent manufacture, beautiful, robust, steel riveted work horse and fabulous looking. This has all genuine wear on a fabulous heritage pan. These pans are the modern era prestige pans - superb manufacture.

A good fish pan is the unsung hero of a busy kitchen, it is light enough to be moved, when the pan is tilted forward it has a great well for basting. Although it is large the handle enables it to sit on a cooker and not interfere with too many other pans! These older smaller fish pans don't come along very often. They don't make these any more.

There are a few issues with this old pan, there are base dents and surface scratches and signs of wear and use. It is slightly out of shape and has a slight rock on a flat surface.

It weighs 702 grams 1 lbs 8.7 ozs. It is made from 1.3mm Copper.

This is 26 cm long or 10 1/4 inches!
The pan measures 18 cm across 7 inches. From handle to edge it is 39 cm 15 1/2 inches!.
